To be able to place orders please request an account. By registering for this site you will be able to see reseller prices and make orders. Just click on the BECOME OKKIA RESSELER button and fill in the required fields. We’ll get a new account set up for you in no time. We will only ask you for information necessary to make the purchase process faster and easier. All products ordered from Okkia.mk are to be picked up from our warehouse in Skopje. The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to all orders placed at Okkia.mk. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Any personal information you provide us will only be used to complete your order, unless otherwise specified. We will not use your information in any other way unless you have specifically given us permission to do so. Your information will not be shared with third parties. FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside of Okkia.mk’s control, or which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This may include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers, or government decision that affects the market and product negatively. In such instances, Okkia.mk will be released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Okkia.mk reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, Okkia.mk has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will always notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

PAYMENT

All products remain the property of Okkia.mk until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase product from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be given.
All payments made to be upon receiving an invoice from us.

LOCAL TAXES

When purchasing our products, local charges (i.e. sales tax, customs duty) may apply, depending on your region. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Using Okkia.mk gives you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any content from Okkia.mk can only be reproduced or distributed with permission from Okkia.mk.

Smart Living Group from Macedonia as a regional distributor of the OKKIA eyewear brand from Florence, Italy. Our company is responsible for expanding the market in Serbia, Albania, Macedonia and Kosovo. We are currently working on finding the right partners throughout the region.

• Last year, 1 million glasses were sold in several European markets, despite a limited distribution network; expectations for this year are even higher.

Order Policy

Retail Policy

For retail sales of OKKIA products, an agreement is signed that will regulate the retail prices as well as the manner of presenting the products in the points of sale as well as the manner of using the OKKIA brand materials. The retail price is fixed, 1890 den. including VAT. Discounts on OKKIA products are not given, except with the consent of the distributor. The glasses are displayed on the OKKIA floor, on appropriate racks, walls with shelves or on an appropriate horizontal surface using small shelves and LED signs from the OKKIA brand. Printed and other advertising material is obtained from the distributor.
